Legal BPO buyers should read the attrition number first
A fifth Inc. 5000 run, and the only number a firm should copy.

Connext Global Solutions has been named to the Inc. 5000 for a fifth consecutive year, ranking No. 841 in 2026, as Outsource Accelerator reported. It is a co-managed offshore staffing company running delivery centers in the Philippines, Colombia, Mexico and India.
Outsource Accelerator also reported revenue growth of 15% in the first half of 2026, with 80 new clients added over those months. The ranking is the headline. It is not the interesting part.
Attrition is the claim
Connext reports 20% employee attrition across its delivery centers, against the 50% it cites as the BPO industry standard. Client retention is reported at 98%. Take the attrition figure on its own terms, because it is the one a buyer pays for directly. Every replaced seat costs the client twice: once in ramp, once in whatever the last person knew and never wrote down. Ramp is not a courtesy period, it is a cost the client absorbs every time a seat turns over.
A law firm feels that differently than a healthcare buyer does. Turnover in a support function lands on the attorney who has to re-explain the review criteria. That is billable time spent teaching. Again.
Fifty to one
The company says it maintains a 50:1 manager-to-employee ratio across those four countries, holds SOC 2 Type II certification, and operates under HIPAA with business associate agreements. Certifications answer a procurement question. A managing partner is asking a narrower one: who reads the work. Compliance infrastructure does not supervise anybody. Supervision happens inside the firm, in attorney hours, and no vendor ratio adds one of those.
Earning the Inc. 5000 recognition for a fifth year tells us our co-management model keeps working for companies we serve

The industries it names
Connext names the industries it serves and legal is not among them. Worth noticing, before a firm reads a 20% attrition rate as its own benchmark. Numbers drawn from healthcare and finance delivery describe work with a different review structure sitting on top of it. A HIPAA baseline is a compliance floor, not a supervision framework, and legal support work is supervised rather than certified.
So the ranking tells a firm the model sells. The attrition line tells it whether the model works.
