Fair questions
What does it cost the firm?
A one-time fee starting at $2,000, paid when they hire. They pay the professional directly and we add no markup to that salary. If the hire does not work out within 90 days, we replace them free.
What counts as a successful placement?
When the firm’s payment clears. That is also when your five working days start.
How long does the whole thing take?
We contact the firm within one working day. From the first call to someone starting is fourteen days on average, across all roles.
Can I refer more than one firm?
Yes, as many as you like. The $500 is per placement, not per firm. If a firm you referred hires again, you get another $500.
What if the firm does not hire?
Your referral stays on file for ninety days. If they hire in that window, you still get paid. After that it expires, and you can refer them again.
How is the $500 sent?
Wise transfer or local bank transfer, in dollars or pesos, whichever you prefer. Transfer fees are on us, so you receive the full $500.
You know the firm. We do the rest.
Give the contact person a heads up, then send us their details and yours. It takes about two minutes.
