Do I get paid for this?
No. There is no cash, no voucher and no points. If your friend is placed, the reward is that your friend is placed. Referring a firm is the one that pays, and that is a different page.
What happens to their details?
They go to our recruitment team and nowhere else. No firm sees a name until the person has spoken to us and agreed to be put forward.
Do they need BPO experience?
No. We place people straight from in-house roles, law offices and clinics. What matters is written English, judgement, and a stable connection at home.
Can I refer more than one person?
Yes. Send the form again for each one. We would rather have three people you know well than thirty names from a group chat.
What if nothing is open for them?
They stay on file and we come back when a role fits. Most people we place were referred months before the role existed.
Will they know I referred them?
Yes. We say your name when we contact them, which is why we ask you to tell them before you send this. A cold approach from a recruiter lands badly.
